Don McAllister

Hi, I'm Don McAllister, an author who truly appreciates his readers. When people ask me my genre the closest definition might be this:

"Personal Classics  - fiction, tinged with a little bit of history, fantasy, and true life. They're mainly about different and interesting characters who are often like us."

I suppose that is the appeal of Angel and the Ivory Tower, The Pencil Man, The Art of Freezing Pickles, Satchel and the Second Chance, and Lawrence of Lawrence. Readers seem to genuinely connect with the stories and the characters.

I've received comments like:

"I could hardly put it down! His writing style is fantastic & I am very impressed with the way he has interwoven real people & events into his story."

"I LOVED the book! I laughed, I cried and couldn't wait to finish it and at the same time saved the last 10 pages for 2 days because I didn't want it to end!"

"These characters are so real. Are you sure this is fiction?"

It is my personal pledge to my readers that I will always do the work required to give you a classic, bestseller level of quality for your hard earned money. I don't take that trust lightly.

God Bless and Thanks,

Don McAllister
